Pupasee Records ("Pupasee", "we", "us") operates pupasee.com and pupasee.us (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site, including the World, Visual Journeys, Music, Videos, Shorts, About, and Contact pages.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, time spent on the Site, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and referring website. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Information you provide to us

When you use the contact form on the Contact page, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. That form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, and the message is delivered directly to Pupasee's inbox (pupasee@gmail.com). We use this information only to respond to your inquiry — for licensing requests, collaborations, visual-journey projects, or press — and we do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics as described above. If you watch an embedded YouTube video on the World, Videos, or Shorts pages, YouTube may set its own cookies once playback starts; that use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so may affect how some parts of the Site function.

Third-party services

The Site is hosted on Netlify and relies on the following third-party services, each of which may process a limited amount of data on our behalf: Google Analytics (usage analytics), FormSubmit (contact-form delivery), and YouTube (embedded video playback). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, unless you have an ongoing professional relationship with Pupasee (for example, an active licensing agreement).

Your choices

You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking as described above, block cookies in your browser, and request that we delete personal information you've submitted through the contact form by emailing us at pupasee@gmail.com. We will honor reasonable deletion requests except where we need to retain information for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. The "Effective date" above will be updated whenever this policy changes.
